Hello
everyone! I hope you enjoyed a chilly
weekend. It definitely feels like fall
outside! Brr!
The class started our Twitter page on Friday and posted a couple of tweets. We tweeted about our excitement on Twitter and about learning a few things from the 8th graders about cockroaches. We started following a couple of classes from across the United States that we are hoping to connect with. If you have a Twitter account and would like to follow us, please follow MrsMcCarville3C. The Chip Shoppe Fundraiser is due on Wednesday, October 17th. Please see that your child returns his/her envelope with the money and order form by that date. Thank you!
At the end of this week, we are going to begin
the science tests. Typically, I send the
tests home. Since it is close to
conferences, I will hold onto the science tests to show you at conferences and
then you can take the test with you.
Together, we will look over the test and I can explain the grading that
is done for those tests. If your
child has not returned the Plant and Animal Populations book, please
have him/her return it by Thursday, October 18th.
